I work on problems that arrive without a clear definition: government platforms, scarcity economies, organizational systems, infrastructure - and turn them into structures that can be acted on.

My work starts before the brief is settled. I frame what the problem actually is, map the system producing it, and design the intervention that fits the real constraints. The deliverables vary - frameworks, service models, governance structures, organizational redesigns, prototypes - because the format follows the problem, not the other way around.
